2001

Terrence Brennan opens Artisanal Bistro to critical acclaim.

2014

Sarid Drory acquires Artisanal Bistro and recruits James Beard Award Winner and Maitre Fromager Max McCalman to lead its cheese program.

2016

Artisanal hires Hugo Souchet as executive chef.

2017

Artisanal anounces opening of new 11,000 sq. ft. restaurant galleria in early 2017.
